Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts with SQLs delivered from the SDRs team and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Search and qualify new perspective verticals and customers

Retailer manager

The role of Retailer Manager requires a good understanding of the online retailers you will be assigned to, knowing the leading brands and key retailers. You will be responsible for generating leads from your assigned vertical markets towards the new business team and also on-boarding new retailers to be connected to our solutions. A sales background is preferred, together with e-commerce experience. You will be part of the 24ttl Sales group team located in the fancy office in White Gardens, reporting to the Growth director.

What you will do:

  • Introduce 24ttl solutions to retailers in order to bring them on board to expand the current 24ttl retailer base
  • Provide leads to the sales team through retailer partnerships and advocacy
  • Set up new retailer connections according to client requirements
  • Co-work with 24ttl clients on defining the communication strategy towards retailers
  • Regularly update the 24ttl clients about the retailer onboarding progress
  • Co-operate with the Retailer Services and Operations teams

Responsibilities:
 • Project cycle management: requirements formation, preparation of technical specifications for development, provision of regular reports on the project status
 • Organization of team work: resource planning and distribution of tasks within the project team, control of timing and quality of implementation
 • Development of the company's business processes in the field of project management
 • Responsibility for the result, timing and reporting
 • Budgeting and estimation of labor costs for projects
 • Searching for contractors (if necessary) and organizing the work of remote employees

Requirement:
 • Passion for e-commerce and technology
 • Successful practical experience in the development and implementation of IT projects at all stages
 • Experience of working with eCom projects is preferable

Marketing manager (B2B SaaS)
At 24TTL we are about rapid growth, testing new ideas daily and delivering state of the art products to our clients. 

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. 

Our ideal candidate has experience building content strategies and executing marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS companies. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities towards enterprise level companies, building long-term communications strategies, delivering MQLs, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

This role is reporting to a Growth director with an opportunity to grow to a head of unit. 

Objectives of this Role:
  • Define and implement 24TTL marketing strategy and marketing mix;
  • Digitizing of marketing results by defining key metrics and creating dashboards to track ROMI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc;
  • Lead Branding initiatives to continue building and expanding 24TTL brand;
  • Run Marketing automation and integrations with our CRM;
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure that product features meet customers’ needs. 

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Content creation for the website (articles for the blog, case studies), E-mails newsletters, social media;
  • Syncing content strategy with ongoing PR activities (with our PR agency)
  • Organizing webinars;
  • Funnel automation, E-mail sequences optimisation, creation of letters (design, layout);
  • Managing of digital campaigns with an agency (search and display);
  • Working with contractors and freelancers: agencies (SEO, SEM, PR), designers, copywriters, etc — search, managing tasks in accordance with the strategy, control;
  • Participation in the development of the company visual DNA, including website design and other marketing materials;
  • Monitoring of competitors, their strategies and best practices;
  • Exhibitions organization skills are highly welcome. 

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field;
  • Proven experience in omni-channel marketing;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Russian and English;
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies;
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns;
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity;
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree is a plus;
  • Experience implementing marketing strategies for growing startups;
  • Working on a EU market.
